SHIPPING POLICY
All In-Stock items will ship within 3 business days unless otherwise noted. Made-To-Order items have a lead time. Our current lead time is 2 weeks.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Wanderlight Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that every customer's situation is unique, so we encourage you to contact us if you have any concerns regarding returns or exchanges.
Refunds can be issued for unused stock products within 30 days of delivery. You can try them on so long as you don't work out with them on, take them outside, or damage them. All sales on beanies are final due to sanitary reasons. Exchanges are available on in-stock items only, we cannot accept returns for made-to-order products. We cannot exchange your purchase for a product in a different fabric or design.
Return shipping will be at your expense. We will need to inspect and confirm the product's unused condition before issuing a refund for the item. If the product is not in an acceptable condition, we will not issue a refund/exchange and shipping back to you will be at your expense. There is a $10 restocking fee on all returns.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days. Please inspect your products and make sure they fit within the return/exchange window.
Repairs covered under our warranty will be done free of charge. Repairs not covered under warranty can be done for a fee. We’d rather not see our gear anywhere but on the trail.

At the end of the day, we want you to enjoy the outdoors. We’ll do whatever we can within a reasonable scope to make that possible.
