SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Wanderlight Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that every customer's situation is unique, so we encourage you to contact us if you have any concerns regarding returns or exchanges.

Refunds can be issued for unused stock apparel within 7 days of delivery, and for unused stock backpacks within 14 days of delivery. You can try them on so long as you don't work out with them on, take them outside, or damage them. All sales on beanies are final due to sanitary reasons. Exchanges are available on in-stock items only and may not match the same color or fabric as what is being exchanged., We cannot accept returns for made-to-order products. We cannot exchange your made-to-order purchase for a product in a different fabric or design.

Return shipping will be at your expense.  We will need to inspect and confirm the product's unused condition before issuing a refund for the item. If the product is not in an acceptable condition, we will not issue a refund/exchange and shipping back to you will be at your expense.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 7 days for apparel or 14 days for backpacks. Please inspect your products and make sure they fit within the return/exchange window.

Backpack repairs covered under our 2 year warranty will be done free of charge. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects, but not normal wear and tear such as fabric tears unrelated to stitching issues, delamination, broken buckles or heavy use. Repairs not covered under warranty can be done for a fee. We’d rather not see our gear anywhere but on the trail.

At the end of the day, we want you to enjoy the outdoors. We’ll do whatever we can within a reasonable scope to help make that possible.
