Changes can be made to domestic orders if you alert us soon after the order was placed. Made-to-order products cannot be changed once the fabric order has been placed. Multiple orders can be combined and shipped together but this does not change the price of shipping that was already charged.

If you fall outside of the range of sizes we offer, no worries!  With our commitment to making packs and apparel that can fit all bodies, we offer things such as free torso length and strap length customization for packs and measurement customization on beanies, gloves and fleeces for MTO orders. Like all MTO items, custom items cannot be returned.
